Privacy Policy

Parlay Board is a tracker for sports bets you have already placed somewhere else. It is made by A&R Collective LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as Arc Analytics ("Arc Analytics", "we"). This page explains what the website (parlay.arcanalytics.ai) and the iPhone app collect and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Tickets you enter. The legs, ticket name, and the wager, payout and odds if you add them. Without an account these stay on your device. If you sign in, they are stored on our servers so they appear on your other devices and so finished tickets can be settled while the app is closed.
• Account details, if you sign in. Sign in with Apple or Google gives us an account identifier, and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address. With Apple you can share your real email or use Apple's "Hide My Email" relay address, which forwards to you without revealing your real one. We never receive your Apple or Google password. You can add a display name and a picture (initials, an emoji or a team logo), and add or change your email in Account.
• Friends groups, if you join one. Members of a group can see your display name, picture, open tickets, win-loss record, reactions and the messages you post in the group chat. Dollar amounts are never shared with a group.
• Slip photos, if you use Scan slip or share a screenshot to the app. The image is sent to our server and read by an automated model hosted by Cloudflare to pull out the legs. A screenshot shared from another app is held for up to ten minutes so the app can collect it. Images are not kept after they are read.
• Alert settings, if you turn alerts on. A push address for your device, the tickets you asked to be alerted about, and which groups you muted. For lock-screen tracking, a Live Activity token for the ticket you pinned.
• Shared ticket codes. When you share a ticket, its legs are stored under a short code so the person you send it to can open it.
• Connected AI apps, if you use Connect your AI. See the next section.
• Support email. If you write to us, we keep the email to answer it.

Email updates

We only send marketing email (new features, recaps, offers) if you switch on Email me Parlay Board updates in Account. It is off until you turn it on, and the app works the same either way. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can switch it off in Account at any time. We keep the address you signed in with or typed, your name if shared, and when you opted in or out. If you do not opt in, we use your email only for essential account or legal notices, if ever. When we send email we use an email-delivery provider that receives only your address and name for that purpose. Deleting your account deletes your email record.

Connected AI apps

You can connect a third-party AI app (for example Claude or ChatGPT) to your account. Connecting one creates an access token for that app, tied to your account, which you can cancel at any time from Account → Connect your AI → Disconnect. While connected, the app can, in response to your requests to it:

• read your tickets (including any dollar amounts you entered), your record and history, and the names, records and open-ticket counts of the members of your groups;
• look up schedules, player statistics, injury reports and sportsbook lines through our servers;
• save a short "betting style" profile on your account (what you tell it about how you like to bet), which you can view or clear from Account;
• place draft tickets on your board, which are kept until you add or dismiss them.

We send that information only to the app you connected, only when it asks, and only while its token is valid. What the AI provider then does with it is governed by that provider's own privacy policy, not this one. We do not receive your conversations with the AI. We record the name of each connected app, when it connected and when it last called the service, so you can see and manage connections.

What we do not do

• No advertising and no tracking across other apps or websites.
• We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with sportsbooks. A "Bet" link simply opens the sportsbook's own site or app; what you do there is between you and them.
• We do not collect your location, contacts or payment details.
• We do not use your tickets or messages to train AI models.

Who processes it

The service runs on Cloudflare, which stores the data above on our behalf in the United States. Notifications go through Apple's and your browser's push services. If you opt in to email updates, they are sent through an email-delivery provider (and, for Apple relay addresses, through Apple's private email relay). Scores, statistics and injury reports are loaded from third-party sports data feeds, and sportsbook lines from an odds-data provider; those requests carry no account information. Slip screenshots and shared-bet links are read by Anthropic's Claude AI, with an AI model hosted on Cloudflare as a backup; questions you ask Research (the in-app research assistant), together with the sports data it looks up and a summary of your own record, are also processed by Claude. Anthropic processes this under its commercial API terms, which do not permit training its models on it. We keep the reader's output and the slip image for up to 7 days to check and improve reading accuracy, then delete them.

Keeping and deleting

Account data is kept until you delete it. To delete your account and everything stored with it (tickets, profile, email address and email preference, group memberships, alert registrations, connected-app tokens, betting-style profile and drafts), open Account and choose Delete account. Tickets saved only on a device are removed by clearing them in the app or deleting the app. Shared ticket codes, device codes, handed-off screenshots and connected-app tokens expire on their own. You can also email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

Age

Parlay Board is for adults of legal sports-betting age where they live. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them; if you believe a minor has an account, email us and we will remove it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain uses. Delete account covers deletion; for anything else, email us. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
