Common questions
How do I add a ticket? Tap New ticket, then scan a slip screenshot, paste a ticket code, or add legs by hand.
How do I get my tickets on another device? Tap the account button and sign in with Apple on both devices.
How do I put a ticket on my lock screen? In the iPhone app, open the ticket and tap Show on lock screen.
A leg shows the wrong result. Scores come from third-party feeds and can lag. Pull down to refresh. If it stays wrong, email us the ticket code.
How do I delete my account? Tap the account button, then Delete account, then tap again to confirm. This removes your account, synced tickets, profile and group memberships.
How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT? Open Account, then Connect your AI, and copy the address into your AI app's connectors settings (Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector). Sign in on the page that opens, or type a device code from the same screen. Your AI can then read your board, research games and draft tickets you confirm in the app. Disconnect it any time from the same screen.
Where do I start? Scan a slip or build a ticket by hand, then open Groups and join one with a code or an invite link, or start your own and send the link to friends.
Can I add a bet from a link instead of a screenshot? From FanDuel, yes: tap Share on the bet and pick Parlay Board, or paste the link under New ticket. A link carries the picks but not the line you locked in, so check each leg's Line box before adding. bet365 only shows a shared slip to someone signed in to bet365, so for bet365 and other books a screenshot is the way.
Someone in a group is being a problem. Open the group, go to the leaderboard tab and tap the three dots next to their name: Report sends it to us, Block hides their tickets and messages from you everywhere. Press and hold a message to report or delete it. If you own the group you can also remove them, and removed members can't come back with the code.
I run a group. What can I change? Tap the gear on the group: who can join (anyone with the code, ask you first, or nobody), a new invite code that kills old links, a member limit, a pinned note, whether Parlay Board posts the pregame brief and Monday recap, and you can rename, hand the group to someone else or delete it.
Does Parlay Board place bets? No. It only tracks bets you placed elsewhere.
