Terms of Use

Parlay Board (the website at parlay.arcanalytics.ai and the Parlay Board iPhone app, together the "service") is made by A&R Collective LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as Arc Analytics ("Arc Analytics", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.
What Parlay Board is
Parlay Board is a tracking tool. It does not accept, place or settle wagers, it holds no money, it pays nothing out, and it is not a sportsbook, a bookmaker or a betting exchange. Tickets are entered by you to follow bets you made somewhere else, or to follow picks you are thinking about. Nothing in the service is an offer or an inducement to gamble.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and of legal sports-betting age where you live (21 in most US states, including New Jersey), and you may use the service only where doing so is lawful. If you are under 18 you may not use the service at all.
Accuracy
Scores, statistics, injury reports, lines and leg results come from third-party feeds and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the service may grade a leg differently from your sportsbook. Your sportsbook's grading is the only one that counts. Do not rely on Parlay Board to decide whether a bet has won, lost or should be cashed out, or to decide what to bet.
Not betting advice
Records, standings, pregame briefs, recent-form notes and anything else the service shows are information, not a recommendation to place any bet. Past results do not predict future ones.
Bet links
A "Bet" link opens a third-party sportsbook with the legs of a ticket pre-filled where the sportsbook supports it. Arc Analytics is not affiliated with, and does not act for, any sportsbook. Whether a bet is accepted, at what price, and everything after that is between you and the sportsbook under its own terms. Check the slip in the sportsbook before you place anything; lines move and matches can be wrong.
Connected AI apps
You may connect a third-party AI app (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to your account through the "Connect your AI" feature. When you do:
- You authorize that app to read your tickets, record, history and group standings, to look up schedules, players, matchups and lines through the service, to save a betting-style profile on your account, and to place draft tickets on your board for you to review.
- Any pick, analysis, suggestion or draft produced by the AI app is produced by that app and its provider, not by Arc Analytics. The service supplies data and tracking only, and we make no promise that an AI's picks are accurate, sound or suitable for you. You decide what, if anything, to bet.
- A connected app can never place a bet, spend money, or edit or delete the tickets already on your board. A draft is added only when you confirm it in the app.
- Your use of the AI app is governed by its provider's terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect an app at any time from Account, which cancels its access.
Your account and content
You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Keep ticket names, group names, display names, pictures and chat messages lawful and civil; do not post anything you do not have the right to post. Members of a friends group see your display name, picture, open tickets, record and chat messages. We may remove content, groups or accounts that break these terms, and we may suspend or end the service for anyone at our discretion.
Beta and changes
The service is in beta and is free while it is. Features may change, break or be removed, and data may be reset during beta. We may later offer paid plans; nothing becomes paid without your agreement first. We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date; using the service after that date means you accept the new version.
Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt the service, probe or overload it, access other people's accounts or data, scrape it, resell it, or use it to break any law or any sportsbook's rules. Automated access is allowed only through the Connect your AI feature or other interfaces we publish.
In groups and chat, do not sell picks or paid access, ask members for money or payment details, push people to outside channels to do either, post scams or phishing links, harass anyone, or pretend to be someone else. Messages that look like these may be flagged automatically for us to review. We may remove content, limit links or messages, or suspend accounts that break these rules. Report anything off from a member's or message's menu, or email [email protected]; we aim to look at reports within 24 hours.
Invite rewards
A friend who signs up with your invite code earns a month of Pro for each of you once they have tracked a ticket and come back on another day. The month is added after a further 7 days. Invites earn at most 6 months in any 12-month period. Rewards have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and may be removed if they were earned with fake or duplicate accounts.
Ownership
The service, its design, software and name belong to Arc Analytics. Your tickets and messages stay yours; you give us the licence needed to store and show them to you and to the groups you share them with. Team names, player names and statistics belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Arc Analytics and its members, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any betting losses, missed or late alerts, wrong grading, lost data or lost profits arising from the service or from any connected AI app or sportsbook. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, which during beta is zero.
Apple
For the iPhone app, Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple's standard licensed-application end user licence agreement also applies to the app where it is stricter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
Responsible play
If gambling is causing problems for you or someone you know, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org. The service has no wagering, deposit or self-exclusion controls because it takes no bets; those live with your sportsbook and your state.
